Customizable parts and equipment management box "Mitemasu BOX tool"
Prevent worker mistakes and improve operational efficiency with barcode and QR code authentication! Operate with inventory management shelves that maintain the existing box sizes and layout!
The "Mitemasu BOX tool" developed by Two-One is a management box (management shelf) that allows for the management of tool and parts inventory. It controls the opening and closing of drawers (boxes) within the shelf through barcode authentication, and it is also possible to manage the inventory status within the drawers. < With the Mitemasu BOX tool, you can do the following! > ◆ Control drawer locks with barcode authentication → By scanning barcodes or QR codes, only the pre-set drawers will be unlocked, allowing for automatic opening and closing. ◆ User restrictions → Since user registration for barcodes and QR codes is possible, individuals who are not registered cannot take items from the box. ◆ Reorder point notification feature → A function that displays a notification on the screen to prompt reordering when inventory falls below a certain threshold. ◆ Record of history → Whenever an operation is performed, a record is kept of "who" opened "which drawer" and "how many items were taken." It prevents mistakes such as forgetting to put tools away or running out of stock, thoroughly eliminates mix-ups of items, and improves operational efficiency! Customization to meet your needs is also possible. Please feel free to contact us. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document.
